Greetings ! this semester we are are learning about Pythagorean theorem. we're making a new project called 'Slope Wheel'.

  From the triangle above we can see that the form of Pythagoras is c= a+ b, and to prove this theory I have examples to be shown :

  • a              = 6 cm
    b             = 8 cm
    c              = 10 cm
    c2       = a+ b2
    102   = 6+ 82
    100 = 36+64
    100 = 100
  • a              = 10 cm
    b             = 24 cm
    c              = 26 cm
    c2       = a+ b2
    262   = 10+ 242
    676 = 576+100
    676 = 676

there's also facts that you have to know about pythagoras :

  • 'c' is also called as hypotenuse
  • hypotenuse is always be the longest side
Slope Wheel

The first time I saw the slope wheel I was excited to make it. I have nothing to struggle with, so I finish it in two periods and I was the first one who finished. Slope Wheel help me to find the gradient of a line easier than before, so it worked for me.
